I can really relate to everything you've posted, I was dx'd with MVP a few months ago. Even though it's a pretty benign diagnosis, it really does impact life a great deal. <br /><br />I'm still learning my triggers...if I don't stay on top of things, the symptoms can quickly snowball and it takes longer to catch up and feel good again. It can be hard at times to really take care of myself when I have 4 little ones to look after too! Thanks for having this blog, look forward to reading more :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
